Ginny touched the tip of her wand to one of the bracelets and whispered, “Alohomora.”  With a snick the bracelet opened.  She managed to wiggle out of it, petrified by how much noise it made when it struck the hard floor.  She paused for a few moments again, until she felt certain that no one had heard and was approaching to investigate.  Then she carefully slid the chain and bracelet through the space behind the hard metal thing that was holding her there.  She stood and, taking her wand awkwardly by her left hand, tapped the other bracelet and said, “Alohomora.”  The other bracelet released with a snick, and Ginny bent to set it down quietly on the floor.  Then, she crept silently to the window.

She still couldn’t tell where she was, but she could definitely see a flickering glow of light on the dusty floor of the large room beyond.  She felt along the metal surface and found a door knob.  She tried it, but it was locked.  She whispered the lock-opening spell again and paused at the loud click made by the door as it unlocked.  When she was sure that she was still undetected, she turned the knob and, inch by inch, opened the door as slowly and quietly as possible.  Before she ventured out into the room, she cast Disillusionment on herself.  A feeling like a trickle of cold water spread slowly from the top of her head to her feet.

Carefully, quietly, taking small steps to avoid stumbling over anything that might lie in the dark, Ginny approached the source of the light.  As she did, she began to hear voices.  She emerged from behind a corner to see four dark-cloaked figures, their backs toward her, surrounding another figure that was bound spread-eagle upside down on the far wall.  A single torch illuminated the scene and, as one of the cloaked figures shifted position, the bound person’s face came into view.  Harry!  She gasped sharply and quickly covered her mouth.  The others hadn’t heard her.  They were focused on Harry.  One of the figures was twiddling a wand in his left hand, and seemed to be taunting Harry with it.
